What information do we collect and why?

1. Access data and hosting services

You can view our websites without sharing your personal data. Every time you enter our website, the internet server will automatically record only server logs, including the name of the file you want to access, your IP address, time of entry, data sent, the name of the internet provider (access data) and records entering the website.

The data collected is being used only to ensure our website to run smoothly without any errors, and to let us improve our offer. Those reasons constitute legitimate interest, to present relevant information to potential customers. All access data is retained for seven days and then deleted.

Hosting services provided by a third party. We order a third party to host our websites. All data we collect are being hosted on servers owned by this third party. The company providing hosting services for Polish Hearts is located in (and has servers in) the European Union.

2. Data collection and processing to open user account and provide service

We collect personal data only if you decide to give us consent for such collection by creating an user account on Polish Hearts or by contacting us (i.e. by using our contact form). While creating the account we specify which information are required for us to provide you our services. You won’t be able to create an account or contact us via contact form without sharing those information. If you’ll delete your account we’ll restrict processing of your data and erase it after XX days (unless you’ll give us consent to retain or process your data).

You can delete your account at any moment by choosing the proper option in your profile settings or by contacting us via email: admin@polishhearts.com.

3. Passing your data to third-parties

If you decide on any of premium features of Polish Hearts, you can pay for them using one of three available payment service providers: Safe Charge, VISA or Mastercard (depending on the option you’ll choose). We’ll share only the essential information required for the payment with the chosen payment service provider.

If a chosen payment service provider requires login in, than their respective privacy policy applies.

4. Newsletters and emails

If you create an account on Polish Hearts, we’ll use your email address to send you account relevant information, updates and special offers. To send you emails we use an email marketing software, which collects user personal data acquired via registration forms.

You can unsubscribe from receiving emails from Polish Hearts at any time by managing your preferences, contacting us or by clicking the link included in every email sent by us. If you’ll unsubscribe, your email address will be erased, unless you’ll consent to processing your data for other purposes.

5. Cookies and web analytics

Piwik PRO servers are located in the Netherlands and the data is stored for a period of 2 years for raw data and 3 years for aggregated data in reports.
