O mnie

Hi. My name is Robert and I’m a creative artist-designer who’s comfortable with a computer mouse, stylus, paintbrush and hammer. The first preset on my car radio is CBC Radio1 with alternative music on standby if the topic is kind of boring. Recently, I've picked up the guitar again, started training for a marathon and am practicing oil portraiture because I find people's faces fascinating. I have a good heart and will always stand up for what I believe in. I'm calm and thoughtful.  I care about all things to the point where I kick spiders to the curb instead of killing them :P (still undecided about what to do in the winter, for now I’m pretending not to see them unless they are huge in which case, RIP).  I'm spiritual but not religious.  I'm a vegetarian, part time vegan, but I don't advertise it and don't mind if you're not.  I am a bit shy and somewhat of a homebody, but spend as much time as possible outdoors.

I'm not necessarily looking for an artist or creative person for my match, but someone with a curiosity about the world we live in and beyond. Someone who can be silly, fun and spontaneous, but who can hold meaningful conversations and actually enjoys spending hours in a museum before we paint the town. Someone who is a bit quirky. Someone who has interesting hobbies away from the norm. Ideally, I'm looking for lifelong partner and best friend... but at the same time I approach dating with no expectations.
